It’s been a while since I just went out just shooting random stuff, so after spending the morning working at home, I got to go out and spend some time at the Indianapolis Zoo. My main goal originally was to go and hang out with the butterflies. They have a great selection there, and they are always pretty keen to sit around and pose. Plus the fact they are indoors means there is no wind to deal with, which can be a nightmare if you are trying to shoot macro images. Anyhow, I ventured outside to the gardens (which I had completely forgotten about) and it was a riot of colour. These are some of my fave shots from the day from the gardens.
